    Data Collected

    The data you provide through our forms (contact request, bespoke journey enquiry) and during our exchanges: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and information relating to your travel project (destinations, dates, number of participants, budget, specific expectations).

    Purposes & Legal Bases

    • Responding to your enquiries and preparing a quote: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
    • Managing the client relationship and executing the contract: performance of contract.
    • Sending you personalised information and offers: your consent.

    Recipients

    Your data is processed by Aura Provence and its technical sub-processors: website hosting (Lovable), customer relationship management (HubSpot), messaging (WhatsApp, email). Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

    Retention Periods

    Booking and journey data: 5 years. Prospecting and commercial relationship data: 3 years from the last contact. Payment data: not retained beyond the transaction (card verification code never stored).

    International Transfers

    Some sub-processors (HubSpot, Lovable) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

    Your Rights
