An executive retreat is not a scaled-down company offsite. The audience is more senior, the calendar is protected, and the surrounding programme is deliberately spare. Our formats are built for six to twenty-five participants — an executive committee, a board, a partner circle, a leadership team — and the whole retreat is coordinated by the same small ground team from first brief to final transfer. There are no large plenary rooms, no branded reception halls, no crowded restaurant tables. Just focused hours where they are needed, and unstructured time everywhere else.
Discreet venues, chosen for privacy
We work with a small circle of private properties across Provence — restored bastides in the Alpilles, hilltop estates in the Luberon, seafront houses around Cassis, and a handful of historic domains near Aix-en-Provence — that can be taken on full-buyout terms with private chefs and dedicated staff. Full privacy is the baseline: no walk-in guests, no shared floors, no branded signage. The setting is deliberately understated, which is what senior groups tend to prefer.
Focused strategy time, protected from interruption
Working sessions are held in the venue itself, in rooms adapted to small-group work rather than auditorium formats. We handle the practical scaffolding — timing, room set-up, the quality of the coffee, the discipline of the schedule — so the sponsor and the facilitator can stay entirely on the substance. When the brief calls for an outside voice, we can suggest facilitators or speakers we trust, in French or in English. When it does not, we say so.

Around the working sessions, the programme leans on a small number of carefully chosen Provençal experiences rather than a long list. A private sail out of the Calanques at the end of a long day.
